4. Current

Cause: Energizing while turning may cause grooves or nicks. When the bearing is stationary, improper grounding of electrical operations can cause minor burns

5. External materials

Reason: Abrasive particle pollution and debris intrusion may cause wear, scratches and depressions on the working surface of imported bearings

Recommendations: Remove intrusive particles and debris, replace lubricants, check the sealing system

6. Eccentricity

Cause: Eccentricity, tilt or excessive load may cause geometric stress concentration or surface flaking

    After the INA bearing installation is completed, in order to check whether the installation is correct, a running inspection is required. Small machinery can be rotated by hand to confirm whether it rotates smoothly. The inspection items include poor operation due to foreign objects, scratches, and indentation, unstable torque due to poor installation, and poor processing of the mounting seat. Excessive torque due to too small clearance, installation errors, and seal friction, etc. Wait. If there is no abnormality, power operation can be started.

    The power operation starts from the no-load low speed and gradually increases to the rated operation under the specified conditions. The items to be checked during the trial operation are whether there is abnormal sound, temperature change of the shaft bearing of the pump, leakage or discoloration of lubricant, etc. If an abnormality is found, the operation should be stopped immediately, the machine should be inspected, and if necessary, the INA bearing should be removed for inspection.

1. Prevention of assembling foreign objects: When the bearing is mounted on the rotor for dynamic balancing, it is easy for the iron filings generated during the dynamic balancing to enter the bearing, so it is best to perform dynamic balancing before installing the bearing. For ease of assembly, some manufacturers apply some oil or grease to the bearing room for lubrication, but it is often difficult for the operator to control the amount. If oil or grease is accumulated in the bearing room, connect the bearing to the pump shaft. When turning, it is easy to enter the INA bearing along the shaft. It is best not to apply oil or grease to the bearing room. If it is not necessary, it must be controlled not to accumulate in the bearing room.

2. The prevention of paint rust: The characteristic of paint rust is that it is frequently used in sealed motors. The motor sounds very well during assembly, but after being placed in the warehouse for some time, the abnormal noise of the motor becomes very large, and the pump shaft is removed. Even the bearing has serious rust. In the past, many manufacturers would think it was a bearing problem. After our continuous promotion, the motor factory has realized that it is mainly a problem of insulating paint. This problem is mainly because the acidic substance volatilized from the insulating paint forms a corrosive substance under a certain temperature and humidity, which causes damage to the INA bearing after corroding the bearing channel. At present, the problem can only be to choose a good insulating paint and assemble it after drying for a period of time.

3. Selection and control of the tolerance of the shaft and the bearing room: the water pump shaft connecting bearing should rotate flexibly without being blocked after being pressed into the bearing. If the rotation is obviously inflexible, it means that the size of the shaft is too large, and the tolerance should be adjusted downward. If the pump shaft connecting bearing is pressed into the shaft and rotates by hand, there is an obvious "rustle" feeling, it may be that the tolerance of the shaft is too large or the roundness of the shaft is not good. Therefore, when controlling the tolerance of the shaft and the bearing room, the roundness must be well controlled. At present, many domestic manufacturers only control the tolerance, and do not control the roundness.

4. Bearing assembly method: Because the bearing is a high-precision product, improper assembly can easily damage the pump shaft connecting bearing channel, resulting in damage to the INA bearing. When assembling the bearing, there should be a special mold, which can not be knocked at will. When pressing into the shaft, only a small ring can be used to force, when pressing a large ring, only a large ring can be used. Air pressure or hydraulic pressure is required during assembly, and the top and bottom touch during press-fitting should be outside the horizontal state. If it is tilted, the bearing channel will be damaged due to force, and the bearing will produce a noise.
