Lubrication method:

General working INA bearings use thin grease and oil mist lubrication. These lubrication methods have their own characteristics. However, to meet the working requirements of modern high-speed and high-load work roller bearings, oil vapor lubrication is more suitable.

Lubrication has an important impact on the fatigue life and friction, wear, temperature, vibration, etc. of the INA bearing. The most outstanding feature of the ceramic bearing cannot work without normal lubrication. Analysis of the cause of bearing damage shows that about 40% of bearing damage is related to poor lubrication. Therefore, good lubrication of INA bearings is an effective measure to reduce bearing friction and wear. In addition, the lubrication of the bearing is also affected by heat dissipation, rust prevention, sealing, and impact mitigation.

After oil-air lubrication is used, the actual working life of the work roller bearing has been significantly improved, and the wear and damage of the rolling work surface has been greatly improved compared with grease lubrication. The size of the viscosity directly affects the fluidity of the lubricating oil and the thickness of the oil film formed between the friction surfaces. The viscosity of the lubricating oil under bearing operating temperature is generally 12-15cst. The higher the speed, the lower the viscosity, and the heavier the load, the higher the viscosity. Commonly used lubricants include mechanical oil, high-speed mechanical oil, steam turbine oil, compressor oil, transformer oil, cylinder oil, etc.

INA bearings have increased internal clearance due to wear during operation. The increase of the bearing clearance will cause the bearing's internal load-bearing area to decrease and the running noise to increase. Therefore, when considering the reuse standard of bearing clearance, the bearing with increased clearance should be first allowed according to the working conditions of the host.
